A lã de rocha (também chamada rockwool) é um substrato de cultivo inerte feito pela fusão de rocha basáltica e fiação em fibras. Retém simultaneamente água e ar, tornando-a um dos substratos mais utilizados na hidroponia comercial e propagação.
