Nutriƫntenfilmtechniek (NFT) is een hydroponische methode waarbij een dunne, continue stroom voedingsoplossing langs de bodem van hellende kanalen over kale plantenwortels stroomt. De bovenste wortels blijven in vochtige lucht voor zuurstof, terwijl de onderste wortels water en mineralen uit de stromende film absorberen.
