Les billes d'argile (également appelées hydroton, LECA - Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate, ou boules d'argile) sont de petites billes poreuses fabriquées en cuisant de l'argile dans un four rotatif. Elles constituent un milieu de culture hydroponique inerte populaire qui offre un excellent drainage, une aération et un soutien physique aux racines des plantes.
